Shipping Policy

We proudly offer worldwide shipping to all customers.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing time includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and in some cases, product manufacturing during high-demand periods.

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with a link to follow your shipment’s progress.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, your package will receive a tracking ID and a direct link to follow its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking data to appear after dispatch.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@themothershug.com with your order number and we’ll investigate it for you.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct. We work hard to process orders quickly, so please contact us immediately if you need to make a correction. Once an order is dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Canceling Orders

We accept cancellations within 20 hours of placing an order. To cancel, please email support@themothershug.com as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it, and our Return & Refund Policy will apply.

Lost Shipments

If your item is not delivered within 35 business days (excluding military addresses or P.O. Boxes), it may be considered lost. In such cases, we can either resend the product or issue a refund.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  • Please first check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • If the package is still missing, file a claim with the carrier.

  • Email us the claim reference number and your order number at support@themothershug.com so we can assist further.

Please note: themothershug.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Note: Due to the nature of our products (baby and personal care), items such as breast pumps, bottles, or products that come into contact with skin cannot be returned once opened.
