At Mother’s Hug™, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order — provided the items are unused, unopened, and in original condition.


How to Return or Exchange

    Email us at support@themothershug.com to initiate a return or exchange.

  2. Instructions
    Our support team will provide return instructions, including the correct return address.

  3. Packaging
    Ensure items are securely packed in their original packaging or equivalent protective materials.

  4. Shipping
    Send your package to our nearest return facility (typically in the EU or China) using a trackable and insured courier. Include your name and order number on the label.

  5. Proof of Return
    Email us a photo of the shipping receipt. Once we verify the condition of the returned item(s), we’ll process your refund or exchange.


Return & Exchange Details

1. Exchanges

  • Size or Variant Requests: Let us know if you’d like a different model or size. Requests will be fulfilled based on availability.

  • Costs:

    • Exchanges for size are free.

    • Exchanges for different products may incur shipping fees or price adjustments.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Refund Method: Processed to the original payment method.

  • Shipping Fees:

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of receiving the item(s).

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

4. Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.

  • If the order hasn’t shipped: A full refund will be issued.

  • If already shipped: Follow the return process above.
    Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

5. Affiliate Purchases

Orders placed using affiliate or influencer promotion codes are non-refundable and not eligible for returns.


Exceptions

  1. Unpaid Customs Fees
    Packages refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes are not eligible for return or refund.

  2. Unclaimed Packages
    If your package is unclaimed and destroyed by the courier, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
